EVAP Canister Vent Shut Valve Replacement

  1. Raise the vehicle on a lift.
  2. Remove the EVAP canister cover (A).

  3. Disconnect the EVAP canister vent shut valve 2P connector (A).
  4. Remove the cap (B).

  5. Remove the EVAP canister vent shut valve (C).
  6. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with new O-rings (D) and a new cap.
NOTE: Do not coat the O-rings with oil.
