Starter Load (Lock) Bench Test
With starter on test bench, lock starter drive pinion. Connect a battery to starter with jumper cables. Voltmeter and ammeter readings should be within specification. See STARTER LOAD (LOCK) TEST SPECIFICATIONS table.
