Engine Electrical Symptoms: Notes

NOTE: The following steps must be completed before using the symptom table:
  • Perform ENGINE ELECTRICAL DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK  under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM before using the symptom table in order to verify that there are no DTCs set and that the control modules can communicate via the serial data link.
  • Review the system descriptions and operations in order to familiarize yourself with the system functions. See DESCRIPTION & OPERATION  .
