Engine Control Module: Removal

  1. ECM is located on right side top of engine. Turn ignition OFF. Remove screw securing Engine Control Module (ECM) ground wire to ECM. See Fig 1 . Flip release levers to open position and disconnect ECM connectors from ECM.
  2. Remove nuts securing ECM to ECM bracket. Remove ECM from ECM bracket.
