OTIS Screen Displays FAIL

Turn ignition off. Connect scan tool to Data Link Connector (DLC). Turn ignition on. Using scan tool, perform auto self-test while observing Overhead Travel Information System (OTIS) display. If FAIL is displayed on OTIS, replace OTIS module. If FAIL is not displayed on OTIS, problem is intermittent.
