EVAP/Purge Solenoid: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Unlock and disconnect the electrical connector. See Fig 1.

  3. Release tab and pull solenoid from bracket. See Fig 2.
  4. Remove the vacuum lines from solenoid.
