Preliminary Check

Ensure the following preliminary checks have been performed:

• Visually inspect engine compartment to ensure all vacuum hoses and spark plug wires are properly routed and securely connected.
• Examine all wiring harnesses and connectors for damage.
• Ensure TFI module is securely fastened to distributor base or cowl.
• Ensure battery is fully charged.
• Turn all accessories off during diagnosis.
