Preliminary Procedure

  1. Remove the drivers side insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side (Equinox)Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side (Terrain)
  2. Remove the driver knee bolster reinforcement. Refer to Driver Knee Bolster Reinforcement Replacement (Equinox)Driver Knee Bolster Reinforcement Replacement (Terrain)
1 Body Control Module

Procedure

  1. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  2. Depress the tab on the bracket and slide the module forward.
  3. Reprogram the module if replaced. Refer to Control Module References .
