Repair Procedures: Removal
- Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) cable.
- Remove the engine cover.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "ENGINE COVER ")
- Remove the LH air cleaner.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ")
- Disconnect the purge control solenoid valve connector (A).
- Remove the vafor hose (B).
- After removing the installation bolt (C), remove the purge control solenoid valve.
Tightening torque:
9.8 ~ 11.8 N.m (1.0 ~ 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 ~ 8.7 lb-ft)
