Ignition Control Module: Notes

NOTE: If MIL comes on, check for Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). See appropriate testing in TESTS W/CODES article. Before preforming IGNITION CONTROL MODULE INPUT TEST, ensure ignition, fuel and emissions systems are operating properly. Ignition Control Module (ICM) is located in distributor housing. See Figure .
