EGR Valve Replacement

  1. Remove the intake manifold cover (see INTAKE MANIFOLD REMOVAL & INSTALLATION ).
  2. Disconnect the EGR valve 6P connector.
  3. Remove the EGR valve (A).

  4. Install the valve in the reverse order of removal with a new gasket (B).
  5. Install the intake manifold cover (see INTAKE MANIFOLD REMOVAL & INSTALLATION ).
