Fuel Pump Test

Turn ignition off. Locate fuel pump check connector terminal, see FUEL PUMP CHECK CONNECTOR LOCATOR  table. Apply battery voltage to fuel pump check connector terminal. See Figure or Figure . Remove fuel tank filler cap and listen for fuel pump operation noise. Also pinch fuel hoses by hand and ensure fuel pressure can be felt.
