When applying direct battery voltage, ensure voltage is applied to correct terminal to prevent relay or circuits damage. To identify circuits and circuit wire color, see appropriate WIRING DIAGRAM under ENGINE PERFORMANCE in SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS.
