Repair Procedures: Inspection

  1. Connect the GDS on the Data Link Connector (DLC).
  2. Turn the ignition switch ON.
  3. Measure the output voltage of the APS 1 and 2 at C.T and W.O.T.

    Specification:  Refer to SPECIFICATION .

  4. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the GDS from the DLC.
  5. Disconnect the APS Connector.
  6. Measure the resistance between the APS terminals 5 and 4 (APS 1).

    Specification:  Refer to SPECIFICATION .

  7. Measure the resistance between the APS terminals 6 and 2 (APS 2).

Specification:  Refer to SPECIFICATION .
