Repair Procedures: Inspection
- Turn the ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect the CCV connector.
- Measure resistance between the CCV terminals 1 and 2.
- Check that the resistance is within the specification.
Specification : 19.8 ~ 21.8 Ω [20°C (68°F)]
- Disconnect the vapor hose connected with the canister from the CCV.
- Connect a vacuum pump to the nipple.
- Ground the CCV control line and apply battery voltage to the CCV power supply line.
- Apply vacuum and check the valve operation.
