Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the under cover.

    (Refer to " Removal And Installation  ") 

  3. Disconnect the crankshaft position sensor connector (A) and separate the wiring fixing clip (B).

  4. After separating the connector (A) from the bracket, remove the CKPS (B) by removing the mounting bolt.

    Tightening torque: 

    9.8 -11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7 lb.ft)
