Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
  2. Disconnect the accelerator position sensor (APS) connector (A).

  3. Remove the accelerator pedal module (A) after loosening the mounting nuts.

    Tightening torque  :

    6.9 - 10.7 N.m (0.7 - 1.1 kgf.m, 5.0 - 7.9 lb.ft)
