Repair Procedures: Installation

  1. Install in the reverse order of removal.
    NOTE:
    • Install the Variable Intake Solenoid (VIS) valve to the specified torque.
    • If the VIS valve is dropped, it may cause internal damage. (Do not reuse)
    • Be careful of foreign material not to flow in to the valve.
    • Be careful not to be broken the VIS rod when separating it by using a driver from the bracket.
