Window Motor Circuit

  1. If Lexus hand-held tester is not available, go to next step. If Lexus hand-held tester is available, attempt to operate window motor in ACTIVE TEST mode. If window motor operates, perform check for next fault listed under appropriate symptom. See TROUBLE SHOOTING . If window motor does not operate, go to next step.
  2. Check window motor. See WINDOW MOTOR  under COMPONENT TESTS. Repair as necessary. If window motor is okay, go to next step.
  3. Check wiring harness and connectors between window motor and appropriate door ECU. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . Repair as necessary. If wiring harness and connectors are okay, perform check for next fault listed under appropriate symptom. See TROUBLE SHOOTING .
