Intake Air Temperature Sensor
- Remove air cleaner cover and place thermometer near sensor. Using a heat lamp, heat intake air temperature sensor and observe temperature on thermometer. Using an ohmmeter, check resistance between terminals "THA" and "E2". See INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR SPECIFICATIONS table.
- If readings are not within specifications, replace airflow meter assembly. If readings are correct, check wiring harness for short or open circuits.
