Coolant Thermovalve

  1. Remove coolant thermovalve from throttle body. Place coolant thermovalve in container of water.
  2. Heat water gradually and note temperature which air will pass through proper port location of valve. Temperature of air passage must be within specification. See COOLANT THERMOVALVE SPECIFICATIONS  table.
