Fuel Pump Relay
Remove fuel pump relay (located in main fuse box). Check continuity between terminals "C" and "D". See Fig 1 . Continuity should not exist. Apply battery voltage to terminal "A" and ground terminal "B". Continuity should exist between "C" and "D" with battery voltage applied. Replace relay if continuity is not as specified.
