Idle Speed & Ignition Timing
Ensure idle speed and base ignition timing are set to specification. Refer to the appropriate IDLE SPEED SPECIFICATIONS and the IGNITION TIMING SPECIFICATIONS tables. If adjustment is necessary, see ADJUSTMENTS article.
