Fuel Siphoning Procedure Not Using Fuel Pump

  1. Complete the "BEFORE SERVICE PRECAUTION". (Refer to BEFORE SERVICE PRECAUTION .)
  2. Remove the fuel pump unit. (Refer to FUEL PUMP UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Remove the fuel gauge sender unit (sub). (AWD) (Refer to FUEL GAUGE SENDER UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [AWD] .)
  4. Drain the fuel in the tank from the unit installation hole.
