Continuity Inspection

Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
Remove the neutral switch. (See NEUTRAL SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Inspect for continuity between neutral switch terminal A and B.

- If not as specified, replace the neutral switch. (See NEUTRAL SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
