Injector Spray Pattern
Connect jumper wire between appropriate ME-SFI control module connector 1 terminals No. 26 and 24 (socket box terminals No. 26 and 24). Turn ignition on. Hold fuel injectors one at a time in a container. Briefly actuate injector using a shop-made test wiring harness between socket box terminals No. 38 (-) and 25 (+). Observe fuel injector spray pattern. See Fig 1 . If fuel injector spray pattern is okay, test is complete. If fuel injector spray pattern is not okay, possible cause is faulty fuel injector. Repair or replace as necessary.
