High Pressure Fuel Pump Operational Test

  1. Connect jumper wire from pump ground terminal to a clean underbody ground and connect another jumper from fuel pump feed terminal to alternator output terminal.
  2. If fuel pump operates, test is okay. Go to HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP GROUND CIRCUIT TEST  . If fuel pump does not operate, replace high pressure fuel pump and retest.
