Conditions for Running

Start-up Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is less than 90°F (32°C).
Start-up Intake Air Temperature (IAT) is less than 90°F (32°C).
Difference between the IAT and the ECT is less than 7°F.
Battery voltage is 10-18 volts.
