Combination Valve: Installation

NOTE: Make sure gaskets are installed correctly or a leak will occur. If gaskets are removed from studs, replace with new gaskets.
  1. Install combination valve studs into rear air compressor bracket through air pipe flange holes.
  2. Install and torque nuts.

    Torque: 

    Air Pump Nut (At Combination Valve): 7 N.m (62 in-lbs) 

  3. Install air pump solenoid. Install and torque bolt.

    Torque: 

    Air Pump Solenoid Bolt: 3.4 N.m (30 in-lbs) 

  4. Install vacuum hoses. Install air hose.
