Throttle Body: Installation

  1. Place a new gasket and install the throttle body.

    Tightening torque: 

    8 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.9 ft-lb)

  2. Connect the connector and preheater hose.
  3. Install the air intake boot.

    Refer to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DO)>AIR INTAKE BOOT>INSTALLATION .

  4. Install the collector cover.

    Refer to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DO)>COLLECTOR COVER>INSTALLATION .

  5. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor.

    Refer to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .

  6. Fill engine coolant.

    Refer to COOLING(H4DO)>ENGINE COOLANT>REPLACEMENT>FILLING OF ENGINE COOLANT .
