A/C Request

The A/C Request represents whether the air conditioning is being requested from the HVAC selector. The input is received by the instrument panel cluster and then sent over Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter (UART) serial data to the Engine Control Module (ECM) and finally to the scan tool over class 2 serial data.
