Transfer Pump Fuel Volume Check (Golf & JETTA)

1. To check transfer pump (in tank), remove fuel tank cap. Remove and plug black feed hose from fuel tank sending unit.
2. Attach a piece of hose between feed hose connection and a graduated container. See Fig 1 . Using Remote Switch (US 4480/3), activate fuel pump for 10 seconds. Minimum fuel flow should be 12-13 ounces (.8L).
