Analysis for Reason with Corrective and Preventive Measures |
Insulation resistance of motor less than2 MΩ.
- Motor is damp.
- Internal insulation material is ageing

1.Remove motor from vehicle and examine
- Dry motor and inspect insulation resistance.
- If the change of insulation resistance of motor is not significant after drying, it's possible that the internal insulation material of motor is aged. Replace motor if necessary.

| Motor rotates slowly and abnormally |
Incorrect motor connection
- Inspect whether the order of U, V and W phases of motor is correct or not. Inspect the encoder disc connection.
|
| Vehicle speed is too low after starting. |
Problem on vehicle driving system
- Check proper release of hand brake.
- If motor bearing is seizing, replace motor bearing.
- If the encoder disc signal is interrupted, change the wiring direction of encoder disc wire
- If there is an overload, reduce load.
- If the accelerator is damaged, replace accelerator.
