Fuel Pump

When ignition is first turned on, ECU supplies a ground circuit for the main relay for about 2 seconds. When relay is energized, power is transmitted to fuel pump. When an RPM signal is received by the ECU (cranking or running), ECU provides a constant ground circuit for main relay.
