Idle Up Control

At extremely low ambient temperatures, Integra models use an ECU controlled solenoid in conjunction with a diaphragm-type fast idle valve to by-pass additional air into intake manifold. Coolant temperature of less than 14°F (-10°C) and engine speed (less than 1800) inputs are used to determine control of idle-up solenoid.
