Actuator Assembly
- Disconnect 4-pin connector at actuator. Actuator is located on left side of engine compartment. Using jumper wires, connect battery voltage to terminal "D" of actuator connector and terminal "A" of actuator connector to ground. See Fig 1
.
- Check for clicking sound from magnetic clutch and ensure output linkage is locked. If actuator output linkage is not locked, replace actuator. Check actuator motor operation in each output linkage position. See Fig 1
. If actuator motor operates as described in Fig 1
, actuator assembly is operating properly. If actuator motor does not operate as described in Fig 1
, replace actuator assembly.
