Radiator Fan Control Sensor
- Sensor is threaded into lower radiator tank, on rear side. Remove sensor.
- Suspend switch and a thermometer in a container partially filled with coolant. Heat coolant while monitoring temperature. Measure sensor resistance temperatures specified. See TEMPERATURE SENSOR/SWITCH SPECIFICATIONS table.
- If continuity or resistance is not as specified, replace sensor or switch. If continuity or resistance is as specified, check relay and all related wiring. See RADIATOR FAN CONTROL MODULE & FAN CONTROL UNIT.
