Bench Testing: Brushes

Remove rear cover. Remove 2 brush holder retaining screws. Remove brush holder. Ensure brushes slide smoothly in holder assembly. Check brush holder and brushes for cracks or other damage. Minimum brush length should be .33" (8.4 mm). If brushes are damaged or worn, replace brush holder assembly.
