Brake Switch Test
Locate brake switch above brake pedal. Disconnect brake switch connector. Check for continuity between brake switch connector terminals No. 1 and 4. See Fig 1 . Continuity should exist. Depress brake pedal and check for continuity between brake switch connector terminals No. 2 and 3. Continuity should exist. If continuity is not as specified adjust brake pedal height and recheck brake switch operation. See appropriate DISC & DRUM article in BRAKES.
