Fuel Fill Pipe Removal/Installation

  1. Relieve the fuel pressure (see FUEL PRESSURE RELIEVING  ).
  2. Drain the fuel tank (see FUEL PRESSURE TEST  ).
  3. Remove the fuel fill cap.
  4. Remove the fuel fill pipe protector (see FRONT FENDER FAIRING REPLACEMENT ).
  5. Disconnect the fuel fill tube (A) and fuel vapor hose (B).

  6. Remove the fuel fill pipe (C).
  7. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
