Shift Lever Installation

Install the shift lever assembly (A) on the console frame (B).

Assemble the center console by installing the following:
- Center console box (see CENTER CONSOLE BOX REPLACEMENT )
- Center console beverage holder (see CENTER CONSOLE BEVERAGE HOLDER REPLACEMENT )
- Center console panel (see CENTER CONSOLE LATCH PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION )
- Center console latch panel (see CENTER CONSOLE LATCH PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION )
- Console armrest (see CONSOLE ARMREST REMOVAL/INSTALLATION )
Install the center console (see CENTER CONSOLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
Install the shift cable on the shift lever, and adjust the shift cable (see step 6 under Shift Cable Adjustment ).
Install the beverage holder inner case (see step 11 under CENTER CONSOLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Install the passenger's center console trim (see step 5 under CENTER CONSOLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
