VSA Off Switch Test/Replacement

  1. Remove the instrument fascia (see INSTRUMENT FASCIA REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
  2. Disconnect the multi switch 6P connector (A).

  3. On the switch side, check for continuity between the multi switch 6P connector terminals No. 4 and No. 6. There should be continuity when the button is pressed, and no continuity when the button is released.

  4. If the continuity is not as specified, replace the multi switch (with built-in VSA OFF switch) (A) from the instrument fascia (B).

  5. Install the multi switch (with built-in VSA OFF switch) in the reverse order of removal.
