EGR Pipe Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Raise the vehicle on a lift.
  2. Remove the splash shield (see SPLASH SHIELD REPLACEMENT ).
  3. Remove the EGR pipe mounting bolts (A) and nuts (B).

  4. Remove the EGR pipe (C) and gaskets (D).
