Voice Control Switch Test

  1. Remove the audio remote, HFL-navigation voice control switch (see STEERING WHEEL DISASSEMBLY/REASSEMBLY ).
  2. Measure the resistance between terminals No. 9 and No. 11 in each switch position according to the table.

    Position Resistance
    No button pressed About 10 kΩ
    TALK button pressed About 2.2 kΩ
    BACK button pressed About 652 Ω

  3. In the resistance is not as specified, replace the switch (see STEERING WHEEL DISASSEMBLY/REASSEMBLY ).
