Center Console Disassembly/Reassembly

Special Tools Required

KTC Trim Tool Set SOJATP2014*

*Available through the Acura Tool and Equipment Program; call 888-424-6857

NOTE:

Take care not to scratch the console.
Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when removing components.

Remove the center console (see CENTER CONSOLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
Detach the clips (A, B) and the harness clips (C), then remove the driver's console panel (D) and the passenger's console panel (E).

Remove the screws, and release the hook (A), then remove the console button assembly (B).

Remove the screws, then remove the center console frame (A) from the console (B).

Remove the screws, then remove the front beverage holder assembly (A).

Reassemble the console in the reverse order of disassembly, and note these items:
- If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.
- Push the clips into place securely.
