Idle Speed Control (ISC) Motor

Disconnect ISC motor from wiring harness. Connect 12 volts to ISC motor, positive to terminal D and ground to terminal C. ISC plunger should extend. Extending plunger also verifies that motor is not jammed in the retract position. If motor does not operate as specified, replacement is required.
