Cold Starting Cable
On Volkswagen vehicles, insert washer onto cable and install cable into bracket with rubber bushing. Insert cable into pin. Install lock washer and move lever as far as possible in direction of arrow. See Fig 1. Pull cable tight and secure pin with clamping screw.
