Deceleration Fuel Shutoff

  1. Warm engine to normal operating temperature. Disconnect differential pressure regulator connector from side of regulator.
  2. Using Adapter (1315 A/1 ), connect Multimeter (US 1119 ) to differential pressure regulator and to connector removed from regulator. Set multimeter to 200 mA DC scale.
  3. Accelerate engine to more than 3000 RPM. Release throttle, noting multimeter reading. Reading should decrease to approximately -50 mA with throttle closed until engine speed reaches about 1200 RPM.
