Control Module/Digital Sound System Amplifier, Removing And Installing: Removing

Digital Sound System Control Module -J525- without Bracket, Removing and Installing

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment and remove the ignition key.

-- Remove the service cover from the left luggage compartment side trim panel. Refer to OVERVIEW - LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE TRIM PANEL .

-- Release and disconnect the connectors -2- from the Digital Sound System Control Module -J525- -1-.

-- Insert the :VAS6223/9  -1- onto the MOST bus connector -2-.

-- Remove the bolts -3-.

-- Remove the Digital Sound System Control Module -J525- -1- downward from the bracket -4-.

-- Remove the luggage compartment left trim panel. Refer to LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Release and disconnect the connectors -2- from the Digital Sound System Control Module -J525- -1-.

-- Insert the :VAS6223/9  -1- onto the MOST bus connector -2-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.
