| Brake Fluid Level Switch | In brake fluid reservoir cap. |
| Brake Lamp Switch | On bracket, above brake pedal. |
| Clutch Switch | On clutch pedal support bracket. |
| Engine Coolant Level Switch | Right front side of engine compartment. |
| Inertia Switch | In lower right A-pillar. |
| Kick-Down Switch | Left footwell. |
| Oil Pressure Switch (318i & 325i) | Right front of engine below intake manifold. |
| Park Brake Switch | At base of parking brake lever. |
| Pressure Switch (A/C) | On top of receiver-drier, behind right headlamp. |
| Temperature Switch | Front right side of engine compartment, near headlamp assembly. |
